2007 M&A activity in Israel and then some

Invest in Israel, the investment promotion center of Israel’s Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, Foreign Trade Administration has published a list of Israeli M&A deals in the recent years. I cleaned it up a little bit and presented below some of the Israeli M&A deals that made headlines in 2007. Missing from this list are deals that occurred past Novemeber of this year, including the sale of semantic Q&A engine Yedda, and Adwords competitor Quigo to AOL, so keep that in mind when viewing the list.

The Israeli center provides resources about the Israeli industry for foreign investors interested in direct investment opportunities in Israel or joint ventures. Among the many interesting resources on the site, I found a few gems. Skip the images to get to the M&A Deal table below. Click on the thumbnails to enlarge.
