Pitango tries to stop 3DV’s acquisition by Microsoft

Calcalist reports that Pitango is trying to stop the acquisition of 3DV systems by Microsoft, which is currently being ‘cooked’ by Kleiner Perkins. Pitango claims that the bid put forth by Microsoft (approximately $35 million) is too low and that Kleiner is simply trying to cash out on its investment in 3DV, even for a loss.
