QualiSystems Test Automation Raises $3.5 Million

QualiSystems, an Israeli start up and a pioneer in the field of Test Automation has completed a round of $3.5 million led by private investors. According to the Israeli press, the company plans to raise an additional $3.5 million.

Among its backers are several asset management groups in Israel, including the Strauss Group, Fishman Group, TaoAltshuler Shaham Group as well as Aryeh Finegold, the company’s president and chairman and one of the veteran entrepreneurs in Israel. Aryeh founded Mercury Interactive and subsequently sold it to HP for $4.5 Billion. Qualisystems has raised $15.5 million to date. 

Qualisystems has recently set distribution networks in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India and Australia in addition to its already successful branches in Germany, UK and the  Silicon Valley. The company employs 65 people in Israel. 

TestShell, Qualisystem’s flagship product, is a  suite of integrated test automation applications for any type of software, hardware or embedded system.  According to the company’s website, the tool provides code-free customized QA tests through a series of click-wizards.
