Thoughts on LeanCamp Unconference in London

I’m currently at LeanCamp, the unconference that aspires to help people both learn and teach evrerything Lean Startup related. I must admit, I’ve been to my fair share of conferences in the past few years, some were exclusive and expensive events to produce, some were humble gatherings (maybe too humble at times). LeanCamp strikes the perfect balance between a well-organized event and a community meetup or gathering.

Fresh from the SEC: Magic Raises approximately $25 million in Recent Filings

Magic Software (NASDAQ: MGIC), a veteran Israeli software company specialized in cloud and on-premise application platform and business integration solutions, has raised $21.2 million in a private placement transaction in December and an additional $3,7 million in option sales according to a recent SEC D filing.

Israeli Venture Capital Raising Flat in Q3, Seed Investments Decline

The amount raised was similar to $343 million raised by 104 companies in the previous quarter, and 13 percent above $303 million raised by 108 companies in the third quarter of 2009.
