Israeli startup MySupermarket has completed a new round of investment of $7.4 million, led by Graylock and Pitango. The company has raised $22 million to date.

The amount raised was similar to $343 million raised by 104 companies in the previous quarter, and 13 percent above $303 million raised by 108 companies in the third quarter of 2009.

Earlier this week YL Ventures announced a 7-figure USD investment in Israel-based Seculert, a new non-intrusive Security-as-a-Service that comprehensively detects cyber threats affecting corporate networks.
